Jessica Simpson Sells Billion-Dollar Company: ?Here?s To The Next Billion!?

Over the years she?s been unfairly branded as a ditzy blonde bombshell, but it turns out Jessica Simpson is more of a billion-dollar businesswoman.

On Thursday (April 2) the ?Come On Over? songstress announced that she sold a majority stake of her JSC Products corporation to Sequential Brands Group, with plans to triple sales by flooding international markets.

Simpson told press, ?Here?s to the next billion. There is no limit to our success. I?m as committed as I was 10 years ago.? Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal reported, ?While other celebrity brands have fizzled out, Ms. Simpson?s 10-year-old line has expanded to more than 30 product categories.?
