Taking things to the next legal level, Bill Cosby accuser Louisa Moritz says she?s hoping to put together a class-action lawsuit against the ?Cosby Show? star.
According to TMZ, Ms. Moritz, who has accused Cosby of sexually assaulting her back in 1971, is gathering other alleged victims in an attempt to take Bill to court.
Louisa is in the process of contacting at least nine other women who have made similar claims about Cosby, however it?s not likely that she?ll find favor with the courts.
Unfortunately for Ms. Moritz, there are statues of limitations on sex crimes and given that she waited 40 years to come forward, it will be extremely difficult for her to prove her claims beyond the shadow of a doubt.
