Toya Wright and Reginae Carter, the daughter she shares with rap star Lil Wayne, stopped by “The Wendy Williams Show” this morning to chop it up about her extravagant “My Super Sweet 16” special which recently aired on MTV. Reginae’s parents went all out, copping the 16-year-old Hip Hop princess two vehicles (a Ferrari and a BMW), a Rolex watch and diamond earrings (gifted by her godfather Birdman), amongst other lavish gifts.
But before Wendy talked to Reginae, she had a girl session with her mother Toya about the marital issues she’s currently going through with her husband of almost four-years MempHitz. It’s reported the two are living on separate coasts and that Toya may soon file separation documents. By the way, check out our exclusive interview with Toya & Reginae HERE.
While chatting with Wendy, Toya revealed that while MempHitz chooses to turn to social media to help cope with his issues, she has decided to pen a book. She titled it “How To Lose A Husband,” and we suspect it will be about her failing relationship with MempHitz. We’ll keep you posted on the deets….
She also admitted when MempHitz appeared on her reality show with Tiny, it affected his career as a SONY exec.
Switching gears, Reginae dropped a few nuggets while speaking with Wendy. She talked about how her dad Lil Wayne suing her godfather Birdman for $51 million is affecting her. And she basically understands that it’s all business. She said she loves them both, but made it known that her loyalty lies with her father. She says she prays they can work through it.
The Hip Hop heiress also revealed she recently started home school. She said after high school she wants to go to college, but she also wants to sing and rap. She’s currently working on a new album, but it’s on hold until her dad and godfather can work out their legal issues. She also revealed why she left the OMG Girlz, saying it was just “business”.
