"I am very happy that Floyd Mayweather and I can give the fans the fight they have wanted for so many years," Pacquiao said. "They have waited long enough and they deserve it. It is an honor to be part of this historic event. I dedicate this fight to all the fans who willed this fight to happen and, as always, to bring glory to the Philippines and my fellow Filipinos around the world."

If you’re a Kobe Bryant fan, you may want to grab a ticket to see the L.A. Lakers superstar next season as it will be his final NBA run.

According to THR, the 36-year-old baller has confirmed he will play for one more season to finish his two-year contract and then he’s out. Completing his contractual agreement will net him a cool $25 million.

Kobe is currently nursing an injury after undergoing surgery last month to repair his torn right rotator cuff. He’s expected to need nine months to recover from his third straight season-ending injury. So once he's healed, he will play for one last season for his beloved Lakers and will call it quits after entering the NBA at 17-years-old. The Black Mamba will go for his 6th NBA championship next season.
