So somebody’s parched. After alluding to a breakup on Instagram, MempHitz now claims he and his wife Toya Wright are getting a VH1 reality show. Hmm...publicity stunt much? Deets inside…
Are Toya Wright and Memphitz really calling it quits? Or is this all PR stunt? Are they really getting their own reality tv show? So many questions, not many answers.
Today, MempHitz posted on Instagram that he and his (estranged?) wife are getting their own reality show, following reports that allege the two are living separately and on separate coasts.
In case you missed, the Wrights have been active on social media, filling our timelines with posts that would make one assume the two are headed down Splitsville Lane. MempHitz claims he’s tired of being in a “celebrity relationship”, while Toya has been posting indirect “relationship woe” posts. One being a video clip of Beyonce’s “Mine” intro.
Now…it all appears to be a part of a publicity stunt. He shared:
Hmm...a show coming to VH1 in two weeks and we have not seen the FIRST commercial or press release? We're not buying it. Sounds like MORE trolling and stunts to us. Maybe he's trying to save face?
Time will tell....
[UPDATE] Just like we thought, this "show" is indeed a lie too. Toya posted a very telling message soon after her husband posted the above. She said there is NO show, and said that what her husband is "going through" is bigger than her....and our judgment:
She followed up with:
No matter what u may feel about me all I can do is pray and fight for my marriage.
Sounds like Memphitz is going through something serious, and Toya is doing her best to stand with her man. Hopefully they can brave this storm...
