While her character was buy trying to get away with murder on #TGIT night on ABC, newcomer and fab chick Aja Naomi King is gracing the pages of Oprah Magazine.

Her character 'Michaela Pratt' may be slightly naive, but she's also witty, highly intelligent and ready to take on any obstacle standing in the way of her getting married.
The actress, who just turned 30 a couple weeks ago, stepped into a bold-colored wardrobe for the pages of O magazine. And we learned a few things about one of our newest fave YBF chicks.
The L.A. native is a graduate of Yale. And she told the NY Times abut what happened when she found out she landed the role in HTGAWM after over 5 other tv roles didn't pan out:
"Words can’t describe how one would feel in that moment after doing a test for something you really want but in your heart you don’t think you have a chance of getting. I wanted to cuss, but I was still inside this building."
Ha!
