Hot mama Kelly Rowland is back to work!  After partying with the homies at Kanye's Louis Vuitton Foundation show last night, she returned to the stage last night at the VIP Room in Paris for a Paris Fashion Week party.  We've got pics and video inside....

After snapping a pic with makeup artist and fan Shanez, Kelly put her curvy post-baby body up on the center stage at VIP Room to rock the Paris Fashion Week party.
