Since dominating the iTunes charts with many of her hit singles, Hollywood?s new kid on the block, Ariana Grande, has now got one less problem and that would be caring about how the public perceives her.
With now two successful studio albums under her belt, the ?Break Free? singer is quickly learning that with success comes scrutiny. This past week Ariana was under fire when several reports came out about her alleged diva behavior on set during a photoshoot Down Under, where the former Sam & Cat actress was promoting her new album.
?There?s no record to set straight.? Said the songstress on the Australian radio show Mike E & Emma. ?It was just a photographer who got mad at me because I left to change my outfit mid-shoot because I didn?t like my top.? Grande quickly brushed off the incident and focused on the positive influences guiding her through this successful point in her career. ?He?s now said all these ridiculous and untrue things about me and I?m just like, you know what, that?s not real, that?s nonsense, my fans know who I am, my friends know who I am, and that?s all that matters.?
Ariana clearly hasn?t let the rumors get to her, as she took in the stage in Japan to promote her new album My Everything, which has debuted atop the Billboard 200 and sold over 169,000 copies since it?s release on August 22nd. ?I never thought I'd be able to say this, but I love this [album] five times as much as I love 'Yours Truly.' They're different, but I love this one so much more."
